St. Vincent de Paul Community Store- Plymouth, Wisconsin
This retail renovation by Pfaller Architectural Associates included exterior repair of the entrance vestibule, installation of a new aluminum roof, and design attributes for both the interior & exterior. The Pfaller firm created a new image for the building, which increased traffic and overall business sales. The close relationship Mr. Pfaller built with the client supported a superior outcome.

Haeger Cottage
Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin

Built as a summer lake cottage in the 30's, this single season residence saw severe movement down a steep grade, which threatened its survival. After 80 years, to meet stringent zoning requirements, the cottage was required to be stabilized & restored versus a tear down. Stabilization & restoration was also the preference of the owners to maintain the character to which they were use to for almost 60 years of ownership. 2/3 of the project's costs were devoted to the building of a "real" foundation under the cottage. It took into account the slope stop, water intrusion issues, thermal issues & desired additional space. The cottage also received substantial restoration & other stabilization work. Construction costs amounted to $400,000.
